The Forest Lodge Library’s summer reading program will kick-off on Friday, June 18th at 10:30 in the morning at the Cable Community Centre. Ladysmith author Eileen Ziesler will present her beautiful picture book, TOADS. Those attending will get to meet Mr. Bufo-Bufo, the “star” of TOADS and will learn to draw a toad, learn simple sign language to the Toad Lullaby and have fun croaking along to the Toad Song! The author will be available to sign books after the event and special library event pricing applies to books purchased on this day.
