Cable Public Library

As part of our 85th Anniversary celebration, the Forest Lodge Library is bringing author, educator and fire-fighter Bill Matthias to Cable to offer a presentation about his book, Monster Fire at Minong, and the horrific fire that inspired it.  The fire departments of Cable and Namakagon will participate with fire-safety education events.

5-6:30 – Town of Cable and Town of Namakagon Fire Departments offer information and experience. Hot dogs, chips and lemonade available for free-will donation.

7:00 – Author, educator and volunteer fire-fighter Bill Matthias presents his book, Monster Fire at Minong. Books will be available for sale and author signing.
